My Buyer Profile Program was developed to make the home hunting process both easier and less time consuming for you.

Many find the traditional home buying process very frustrating because it's usually the agent who selects the homes you will view, but with my Buyer Profile Program, it's you, the buyer, who decides which home you view, according to your criteria.

My Buyer Profile System ensures that any new listing that matches your criteria is available to you as soon as it is entered on MLS. I pay my own personnel to manage this program and check daily as new listings are downloaded. I set up appointments to view these listings at your earliest opportunity. There will be times when I strongly recommend viewing a new listing at your earliest opportunity in areas where I know homes are moving quickly. Being first in a busy market makes all the difference between getting the home of your dreams versus whatever is left.

I work directly with a number of lending institutions who because of our long and successful association provide us with excellent mortgage packages for our clients with very short turn around time. All clients should be prequalified at the earliest opportunity. This may be the advantage you need to get the home you really want.

The time to be familiar with the offer is before your emotions are in high gear over the home you have just fallen in love with. I will review the entire offer process in advance with you including a written guideline. Then I will utilize excellent negotiating skills to get you the home of your dreams for the best possible price and conditions.
